Let’s go fly a kite up to the highest height… I little girl runs passed Clifford’s Tower in her hand the string of her kite (A certain miss Braithwaite again). Clifford’s Tower stands on a large mound near the city centre. It is one of the city’s Highest Heights and the views from the top are quite impressive (not that you will get me up there In hate heights!). The tower would have stood near Castlegate Bar which was one of the city’s ancient gateways, which has sadly been demolished.

The original sketch is done in graphite pencil, matt pencil and Faber Castell polychromos pencil.
