Street Dance is almost like gymnastics to me so a lot of the freezes and poses are often in body bending positions. Creating movement in dance pictures has always been one of my goals and doing this with out blurring using techniques designed to make this easier is the other goal. Street Dance looks great in sketches and slightly more complex to draw because of the baggy clothing. The Street Dancer series feature Hannah Richardson who is singer actress and dancer.

The original sketch is done in graphite pencil, matt pencil and Faber Castell polychromos pencil.
