Along Petergate, York. Prints derived from my original Acrylic Painting.
I did a series of Petergate pictures at the time I stood in Low Petergate and painted and drew the location several times in every possible weather condition with assorted local characters in the pictures. This is the opposite direction to the Minster view and shows the famous ol butchers Scotts which has long since closed. many of the shop owners of the time are in the pictures. Also the busker Steve too who famously stopped a shop lifter from my gallery by performing a citizens arrest on a train!
Lucy my black cat hides in this and most of my other York pictures. Have you found Lucy?
